1. Introduction

These Terms and conditions govern the use of the website and online ordering tool of CROMATHIC FAST SERVICES S.R.L. (the “Provider”) and the contracting of textile finishing services. By submitting an order, the client confirms having read and fully accepted these conditions.

2. Scope of activity

The Provider offers industrial textile finishing services: bleaching, sizing, steaming and shrinking, waterproofing and mercerising, together with related handling, folding, packing and delivery services.

3. Orders

Orders are submitted through the online form, by email or by phone. The online form is not a contract; it generates a request on the basis of which the Provider issues a quote.

The quote states the price, the lead time and the collection/delivery conditions. The contract is concluded upon the client's written confirmation of the quote.

The client must provide accurate information about the composition, quantity and condition of the articles, and any special requirements.

The Provider may refuse or reschedule orders depending on production capacity, the compatibility of the fabric with the requested treatment or the condition of the articles at reception.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are communicated by quote, in RON, excluding VAT, and depend on quantity, fabric type and combined treatments. No online payments are made on this website.

Payment is made by bank transfer, against invoice, on the date stated in the quote. Clients without a framework contract pay before delivery.

5. Lead times

Lead times shown on the website are indicative. The firm deadline is the one in the confirmed quote.

The Provider is not liable for delays caused by incomplete information, late delivery of the fabric by the client or events beyond its control.

6. Reception and condition of articles

Every batch is weighed, checked and logged at reception. Visible defects (set stains, tears, advanced wear) are recorded and reported to the client before treatment starts.

The client is responsible for the compatibility of the articles with the ordered treatment. The Provider may test a sample before treating the whole batch.

7. Quality and complaints

Every batch is delivered with a finishing sheet. Complaints must be submitted in writing within 5 working days of delivery.

In case of a non-conforming treatment attributable to the Provider, the Provider will redo the treatment or refund the service, at its choice. The Provider's liability is limited to the value of the service invoiced for that batch.

8. Intellectual property

The website content (texts, graphics, structure) belongs to the Provider or its partners and may not be reproduced without written consent.

9. Disputes

Disputes are settled amicably. Consumers may turn to the National Authority for Consumer Protection (anpc.ro), the alternative dispute resolution procedure (SAL) and the European online dispute resolution platform (ODR): ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Otherwise, the courts at the Provider's registered office have jurisdiction.

10. Changes

The Provider may update these terms. The applicable version is the one published on the website on the date the order is submitted.
