1. Data controller

CROMATHIC FAST SERVICES S.R.L. processes personal data as controller, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Romanian Law no. 190/2018.

2. What data we process

Identification and contact data submitted through the order and contact forms: name, company, email, phone, message content.

Order data: requested services, quantities, type of articles, desired deadline, collection/delivery address.

Minimal technical data needed for the website to work (see the Cookie policy).

3. Purposes and legal basis

Issuing quotes, performing the contract and delivering the services (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Invoicing and tax obligations (art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Answering requests and communicating with clients (legitimate interest, art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Commercial communications, only with your consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

4. How the data reaches us

The website forms generate an email message from your own email client to our address; the data is not stored on the website server. The order in progress is kept temporarily in your browser (localStorage) until it is sent.

5. Recipients

Data may be shared with our service providers (hosting, email, accounting, courier) and with authorities, only to the extent necessary. We do not sell personal data.

6. Retention

Order data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and afterwards for the period required by tax law (currently 10 years for accounting documents). Requests without an order are kept for at most 2 years.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and the right to withdraw consent. Write to us at office@cromathic.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority (dataprotection.ro).

8. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data: restricted access, encrypted connections (HTTPS), staff training.
